Caspar Wenckebach (TMT & Litigation)

 

Caspar has been working as an attorney both in the Netherlands and the USA (Sillicon Valley) and represents leading and established companies such as Nokia, Cisco Systems in the technology sector and independent film distributor A-Film, the Trade Association of the Dutch entertainment industry NVPI and Telegraaf Media Groep in the media sector. As co-founder and investor in a number of tech companies, Caspar has a deeper understanding of the industry and of the clients business needs, then is typically expected of lawyers. Besides his work on contractual matters, his services range from acting as true counsel and advisor (including pre-litigation counseling) as well as litigation proceedings.

Before joining Wenckebach Bax & Brunt, Caspar worked at Houthoff Buruma in Amsterdam and Cooley LLP in San Francisco & Palo Alto. Caspar is a member of the Dutch Copyright Association, The Netherlands Association of Computer Lawyers and the Netherlands Association for Information Technology and Law.
