Caspar Wenckebach

Caspar successfully represented Cisco Systems in litigation on alleged wrongful termination of an outsourcing agreement and regularly assists the Cisco Systems Brand Protection team in its efforts to prevent counterfeit trade in Cisco products. In addition Caspar assists Cisco in the negotiation of products & services agreements with large enterprise customers and telecommunication companies (Vodafone, Telefonica, British Telecom) across Europe.

Caspar assisted Nokia in negotiating the outsourcing agreement with T-Mobile for the transfer of field operation services in the Netherlands, advised Nokia on its new distribution system for mobile phones and on the terms and conditions for the delivery of online services. In addition Caspar successfully represented Nokia in litigation on alleged wrongful termination of partner & distribution agreements.

Caspar advises Mitsubishi on purchase agreements with major players in the automotive industry and provides (pre)litigation services to Mitsubishi. Caspar acted on behalf of publisher IEX Media when it purchased Esquire Magazine, assisted academic publisher StudyStore in its efforts to protect intellectual property rights and represented Wipro in software licensing litigation.
