Caspar Wenckebach has represented Mitsubishi in various litigation matters. In addition he assist Mitsubishi with the preparation, negotiation and review of its commercial contracts and acts as counsel and trusted advisor to Mitsubishi´s European Turbocharger division, based in the Netherlands.
