Gerben den Hertog acts as the trusted advisor of the YGroup. The YGroup is a fast growing firm focusing on strategy development, analytics, execution and partnerships. Gerben advised various group companies of the YGroup on different transactions, participations and disposals.
The YGroup was assisted by Gerben in the sale and acquisition of a majority stake in YDatalytics to and from Antuit Investments (a group company of Goldman Sachs in Asia).
Ropes & Gray LLP, Loyens & Loeff and Stibbe acted for Antuit.
The YGroup was assisted by Gerben with the establishment of several joint ventures, amongst others in Spain, Scandinavia and the United Arab Emirates.
Gerben advised on the restructuring of the group and prepared in close cooperation with the management of YGroup a participation (stock incentive) plan for its (senior) partners.
