Reinier Bax and Gerben den Hertog acted as advisor to the sellers on the sale of Aviateur, a producer of cookies and cakes manufactured in six locations with over 350 employees and a turnover of EUR 105 million. The purchaser is a French private equity owned competitor, Biscuit International.
